Lenghty colophon (leaves 103b-104a) mentions a destructive storm and flood in 7080 (i.e. 1572) and that the manuscript was copied during the time of vojevoda Ioan Alek︠s︡a(n)dru at the order of hegumen Mitrophan in Kosiia Monastery.
